Payment terms.
- Payment is due within 7 days of booking confirmation.
- For bookings made within 7 days of the start of the camp/activity, full payment must be made within 48 hours.
- Payment is only accepted in Japanese yen. （Payment can only be made in Japanese yen (bank transfer or credit card).
Cancellation policy
- Cancellation 15 days or more prior to camp start date: ¥ 10,000 cancellation fee.
- Cancellation 14-7 days prior to camp start date: 50% of the full booking amount.
- Cancellation on the day of the camp start or within 7 days will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the full booking amount.
- Cancellation on the day due to illness etc. will be dealt with according to the circumstances, please contact us.
Reservation changes
- Reservations can be changed at least 15 days prior to the start of the summer camp, subject to availability.
