A-Go Outdoorsキッズ英語デイキャンプでは英語でのアクティビティを通じて様々なを体験していただくことを目的としています。その活動場所は野外であり、多少、冒険的な要素も含まれております。
A-Go Outdoors Kids English Day Camp is an outdoor adventure where kids can experience a variety of fun activities while speaking English. We'll explore nature and have some exciting adventures!

プログラムの安全には十分配慮しておりますが、プログラムの目的に反するような過度の安全対策は講じて おりません。したがって、プログラム中に怪我をされる可能性もございます。
万一、事故が発生した場合には、当方に重大な過失がある場合を除き、一切の責任を負いかねますので、お子様ご自身の体調、体力に合わせて、無理のない範囲でご参加ください。
なお、万一の事故に備えて以下の傷害保険に加入しております。保険料は参加費に含まれています。
死亡時:500万円 ・ 入院時:1日5,000円 ・ 通院時:1日3,000円
While we take great care to ensure the safety of our program, we believe that excessive safety measures can hinder the adventurous nature of our activities. Therefore, there is a possibility of injuries during the program. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents unless there is gross negligence on our part. Please ensure that your child is physically fit and able to participate within their limits.
For your peace of mind, we have included comprehensive accident insurance in the program fee, which covers up to ¥5,000,000 in case of death, ¥5,000 per day for hospitalization, and ¥3,000 per day for outpatient care.

健康・衛生管理/Health and hygiene management
プログラム中の参加者の健康管理のため、以下の対策を講じております。
・参加直前の体調確認(微熱・咳の症状がある場合には、参加をご遠慮いただく場合があります)
・プログラム中の健康チェック(腹痛の有無・顔色の良悪など)を行い1 日に約1 時間の休息時間を設けます。
We’re committed to keeping everyone healthy and safe. Here’s what we’re doing:
・Before you come: We’ll check in with you before the program starts to make sure you’re feeling well. If you have a fever or cough, please stay home.
・While you’re here: We’ll keep an eye on everyone throughout the day. We’ll check for things like tummy aches and changes in how you look. And, of course, we’ll make sure you get plenty of rest with about an hour of downtime each day.

緊急時の対応について/Emergency response
急病や怪我があった場合には、ただちに保護者の方に連絡し、相談の上、病院へ搬送します。
キャンプ中の体調不良や怪我の発生時には、保護者の方 にお迎えに来ていただく場合もございますので
ご了承ください。
虫さされや擦り傷に対しては、抗炎症(抗ヒスタミン)軟膏や消毒液で応急処置をする場合があります。
なお、プログラムを担当するスタッフは救急救命講習を完了しております。
If your child gets sick or hurt, we'll call you right away and we'll decide together what to do, which may include taking them to the hospital. Sometimes, we may need you to come pick up your child. For things like bug bites and scraped knees, we can put some ointment on it. All of our staff are trained in first aid.

天候による内容の変更・中止について/Change or cancellation due to weather conditions
キャンプ中、天候の急変等によりスケジュール・内容を変更する場合がございますのでご了承下さい。
また 自然災害が事前に予見される際には、開催を中止する場合がございます。
We kindly ask for your understanding that the schedule and program content may be subject to change due to unforeseen weather conditions.
